Man accused of selling gun used to kill police due in court

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A pass judgement on plans to believe bond for a person accused of offering the gun used in the deadly capturing of two Ohio police officials.

Federal prosecutors say Gerald Lawson, of suburban Cleveland, purchased the handgun for capturing suspect Quentin Smith ultimate summer season.

A legal grievance filed in opposition to Lawson in federal court says Smith gave Lawson the cash to purchase the gun at the side of $100 for finishing the transaction.

The 30-year-old Lawson is due in federal court on Wednesday the place prosecutors are anticipated to argue in opposition to granting him bond.
